Feature Request

Summary

The milestones for QA require a written plan in PDF form. And as the quantative measurement is done in "pages" instead of lines or words, markdown can not be used here.

As we all already used LaTeX in our last semester, its the best choice.

The contents of this gitignore file need to be included in our current file.
